Never skip eating breakfast in the morning
before 8 a.m. Breakfast is the most important thing to do in the morning
because breakfast will give more nutrient before doing activities during a day.
You need energy to do the whole activity. Eat the healthy breakfast that rich
of protein. And don’t miss the fruit and vegetable in the breakfast.
Balance activity
Working hard is good actually. But
you need to take a rest for a moment. It is not recommended to force you
especially in working without any break. You should take a break during the
work day at least one hour and for the entire day, you need to rest like
sleeping at least 7 until 8 hours. In the other side, sleeping in a long time
is not really a good thing. Just make the activity between working and breaking
in balance time and condition.
Avoid the unhealthy food
The unhealthy food is including
the fast food, the food with high fat, alcoholic beverage and soda. A cigarette
is also the bad thing that is not good at all for the health body. To have the
