Bad Foods and
Drinks

enters your body will greatly affect your health. If you are careless in
managing your diet, you will suffer a lot of health problems. Many
life-threatening diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, are
caused by your careless consumption of bad foods and drinks. If you want to
stay healthy, try to avoid sugar, alcohol, saturated fat, refined and packaged
foods, and everything that is categorized as junk foods.
Bad Habits
There are several
bad habits that can cause serious harm to your body. Smoking is already
considered a notorious silent killer as it can cause gradual damage to the
lungs and respiratory organs. Staying up too late can also be harmful if it
becomes a habit. Try to have a sound sleep for about eight to ten hours every
day in order to maintain your health.

Some exercises can
be bad for your body. Exercises that cause discomfort, exercises with risk of
injury, and exercises that require unnatural movement patterns are considered
bad exercises. Any exercises that hurt you a lot are obviously bad exercises
that do you more harm than good.
Bad Thoughts
If you view
yourself, people around you, your job, your environment, and your future in a
negative light, your mind will be troubled. If you don’t have sound mind, your
physical health will be adversely affected. You are certainly aware of the
physical sufferings that depressed people suffer, aren’t you? If you want to

There are
occasions where your negative thought about your peers is not caused by your

current environment, are bad for you, you should either correct them or avoid
them. Bad peers may be detrimental for your health and avoiding them is a great
