- Regular and proper sleep

first tip is to get a regular and proper sleep. The common proper sleep
is from 9pm until 6am. Because, the normal sleep to stay healthy is
around 8 until 9 hours. If you sleep less or more than 8-9 hours, there
will be a possibility for you to experience something that makes you
become unhealthy. So, remember that proper sleep is very important for
your health.
- Healthy foods
Eating
healthy meals is also important for your health, at least you need to
eat 3 times a day. A healthy foods are at least including fiber,
carbohydrate and proteins.
- Stay away from cigarettes and junk food.
Try as best as you can to stay away from consuming fast foods, cigarettes and alcoholic beverages that can damage your health.
- Regular exercise
Another
tips for healthy lifestyle is to do a regular exercise for at least 3
times a week. Exercise is very important to maintain the balance of your
body and can keep your body to stay in shape and fit. You can do a
regular exercise from a very simple thing in your house, for example do
yoga, and stretching. You can also do an outdoor exercise that also
makes you able to breath a fresh air and enjoy your weekend with family
by cycling, jogging or you can also do a routine gymnastic.
